Thanks for taking the time to comment on Walking Backward. It is wonderful to read your thoughts about the book. Writing is something we do mostly alone, so hearing from readers is like switching a light on in the dark. I'm so glad you liked the story.

There are so many good books on the Willows bookshelves this year - I hope you get to read them all.

I really liked the book. But he really didn't think about death like it said on the back. But I still really liked it because there was lots of social conflict,

Walking Backwards is a really good book.I like how the author had the dad die at the end.The book was really discriptive.I also like how the mom died of a phobia.I liked the two boys in the book and how their dad was working on a time machine.

This was a very good book, and the ending surprised me! The only thing I didn't like was Josh was always talking about the mourning cycle of many diffrent cultures. But overall, great book!
